Terms of service

By using Career Memory you agree to these terms.

The service

Career Memory is an early, invite-only service offered free of charge, with monthly limits on AI features. Features and limits may change, and the service may be paused or discontinued. We’ll give reasonable notice where we can, so you can export your data first.

Your content

• You own what you put in and what is generated for you.
• You give us permission to store and process it only to run the service for you.
• Only connect work you are allowed to record. Respect your employer’s confidentiality rules: you decide which folders the plugin captures, and you can exclude any of them.

AI suggestions

Suggestions and drafts are produced by AI and can be wrong. Review everything before you use it in a resume, application or post; you are responsible for what you publish or submit. Nothing is applied or published without your action.

Acceptable use

Don’t misuse the service: no attempts to access other people’s data, circumvent limits, overload the service, or use it for anything unlawful. We may suspend accounts that do.

No warranty

The service is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost data. Keep your own copy of anything important (Settings → Download my data).

Ending

You can delete your account at any time from Settings. We may end access, for example when the invite period ends, with notice where possible.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
