Career Memory

Privacy policy

Last updated 8 November 2026

Career Memory keeps a record of the work you do in Claude Code and turns it into resume updates, blog ideas and a timeline of your career. This policy explains what it collects, where it goes and what you control.

What stays on your computer

What we store

Uploaded resume files are read once and not kept; only the parsed text is stored.

How it is used

Only to provide the service to you: building your memory and timeline, suggesting resume and LinkedIn changes, drafting posts, and sending a weekly email digest. We don’t sell your data, show ads, or use it to train AI models.

Who processes it

These providers may store data outside India.

What’s public

Nothing, unless you turn it on. You can publish a resume or blog post at a public link and unpublish it at any time.

Your control

We keep your data until you delete it or your account.

Cookies

Only the cookies needed to keep you signed in, plus your theme choice stored in your browser. No tracking cookies.
